Service terms

These terms describe the founding business-service pilot offered by Bala Danmeri trading as Noor Intelligence. Contact: info@baladanmeri.com. The written order confirmation identifies the service provider, business correspondence details, scope, agreed dates and contact arrangements before payment.

Who it is for

The service is for UK freelance web designers and studios buying for business purposes. An enquiry is not an order. We review fit and capacity, confirm scope and terms in writing, and then invite payment. Please do not pay before receiving that confirmation.

Price and scope

The founding pilot is £149 total for one brochure website: up to five pages of copy, one client interview lasting up to 30 minutes, an asset and facts register, a missing-items checklist, one consolidated revision round and a content review record. Any applicable tax is included in the stated total. VAT is not separately represented as charged unless supported by a valid VAT invoice.

Design, development, publication, photography, legal drafting, translations, specialist regulated claims and additional revision rounds are excluded. Extra work requires a separate written agreement; no additional fees are automatic.

Timing and participation

The draft pack is due within three working days after both the interview and the agreed source material have been received. Working days are Monday–Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Client review and revision timing are agreed separately. Delays caused by missing information pause the delivery timetable and are recorded. We do not guarantee a website launch date, search rankings, sales or a client's cooperation.

Your materials and approval

You must have authority to share material and arrange the client's participation. Tell us which facts and assets are approved and which need checking. Do not provide passwords or sensitive personal records. We may use AI to assist organisation and drafting, subject to agreed processing arrangements and human review. Unverified facts stay flagged. You and your client review factual accuracy and rights before publishing. Silence is not approval.

Cancellation and problems

Cancel for a full refund before the interview or drafting begins. After work starts, any deduction is limited to the agreed work already completed, explained in writing, with the balance refunded. If we cannot provide the agreed service, you can choose a revised date or a refund for undelivered work. Tell us promptly about a material defect so we can correct it or agree an appropriate remedy. Nothing here removes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ownership and confidentiality

After payment, you may use, edit and deliver the original commissioned content for the agreed client project. You retain your rights in supplied material. Third-party assets keep their existing licences. Reusable methods and blank templates remain ours. We will not publish your project, name or client material as a case study without permission.

Service boundaries

The pack records content review decisions. It is not legal advice, a compliance certification or an electronic-signature service. You remain responsible for the website build and publication. Payment is verified in Stripe before work is scheduled; a screenshot or browser redirect alone does not prove payment.
