Do you build or launch the website?
You remain responsible for design, development and publishing. We supply the website content pack, asset inventory and review record.
What if my client still will not respond?
Client participation is essential. We confirm that the interview and review are workable before accepting your project. The delivery clock starts only after the interview and agreed materials arrive; missing information is recorded rather than invented.
Is this an automated AI tool?
This is a human-led service. AI may help organise notes and draft copy, with human review. Any use of client material with an AI provider is discussed before processing; sensitive information is excluded.
What does three working days mean?
Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays, beginning after both the interview and agreed materials are received. It covers the draft content pack. Client review, the revision and website publication have their own agreed timing.
Can I use it under my studio’s name?
You can present the delivered content within your own website project. If you need us to interact with the client under your branding, agree the introduction and responsibilities before payment. We will not misrepresent who we are.
How do payment and cancellation work?
We review the enquiry and agree scope first. Accepted projects receive a secure £149 Stripe payment invitation. You can cancel for a full refund before the interview or drafting begins. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, you can choose a new date or a refund. After work starts, any cancellation deduction is limited to agreed work already completed. See the service terms.
What should I send in the enquiry?
Describe the business type, planned pages and what is missing. Do not submit passwords, sensitive information or private client files. We agree a suitable way to exchange approved material after scope review.
