Privacy notice

What we collect and why

The project enquiry asks for your name, business email, trading name and a short description of your project. We use this to assess fit, respond, agree a service and fulfil accepted orders. We rely on steps requested before a contract and performance of the contract; business administration and security may rely on legitimate interests. Records required for tax or accounting are retained to meet legal obligations.

Where information goes

The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are collected and stored by Tally. Stripe handles payment information on its own hosted checkout. We do not receive full card details. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable transfer safeguards. See Vercel privacy, Tally privacy and Stripe privacy.

Approved content materials are exchanged only through a method agreed for your project. We will discuss any use of client material with an AI provider before processing it. Do not include passwords, financial data, health information or other sensitive records in the enquiry.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Working client materials are normally deleted within 90 days of delivery unless continued storage is agreed or needed to resolve an issue. Contract, approval and payment records may be retained for up to six years for business records and disputes. Retention is managed by the operator; it is not an automatic deletion feature.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to processing, or request portability where applicable. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not add enquirers to marketing lists.

Cookies and browser tools

This website sets no application cookies and uses no advertising or analytics scripts. The readiness checker runs only in your browser; its answers are not transmitted or stored by us. Hosting providers process connection data for operation and security. Tally and Stripe have their own cookie and privacy information when you open them.
